Trigger Finger repair
Trigger Finger is a common complaint. After making a fist, one of the fingers will seem to catch and it is difficult and painful to straighten it. Symptoms usually become worse after a period of hand inactivity. Surgery can be carried out under local anaesthetic. The surgeon will make a small cut on the palm side of the finger and release the overly tight tendon within.
