Opened in 1977, Spire Hospital Hastings was built in partnership with the local NHS Trust and adjoins the Conquest Hospital. The hospital has two major operating theatres, one of which has a laminar flow system and is used for all orthopaedic surgery. The hospital offers a wide range of specialist services for most orthopaedic surgery. The hospital is BUPA approved for breast and colo-rectal surgery. Physiotherapy and sports injury services are available and there is a gym on site.
