The Cobalt NHS Treatment Centre is a modern purpose built facility designed to provide exceptional facilities and equipment for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of conditions on a day case basis.
The Treatment Centre is commissioned by all the Primary Care Trusts (PCTS) operating within Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham and Tees Valley to deliver healthcare services for NHS patients within this region.
Working in partnership with the NHS, the Cobalt NHS Treatment Centre has been commissioned to treat NHS patients for the following procedures:
- General Surgery: hernias, varicose veins and minor skin procedures.
- Endoscopy: gastroscopy, colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy.
Vive cosmetics procedures (surgical and non-surgical) are also available at this site for fee paying patients.
