The Sussex Nuffield Hospital in Brighton provides a range of private healthcare services from its 56-bed facility. The hospital has four operating theatres. Two of these are major operating theatres equipped with laminar flow. This is a special clean air system which reduces the risk of infection during operation. Although the hospital does not perform surgery on children under three years of age, it is able to operate on those between the ages of three and twelve. There are always at least two members of staff on site with Paediatric Advanced Life Support training, so as to provide support in the event of an emergency.

Physiotherapy services are provided at The Sussex Nuffield, and special treatment available for sports injury. There is a gymnasium on site to aid with patients' treatment. There is a surgical service for both breast and bowel cancer, and both units are BUPA-approved. Palliative care services are available for patients whose illness is terminal.
