The BMI Droitwich Spa Hospital has 46 beds and four operating theatres - three major and one minor. Of the major theatres, two have laminar flow. This is a clean air system which reduces the risk of infection. The hospital can perform a comprehensive range of surgery with the exception of any procedure which requires elective ITU. BMI Droitwich Spa also offers chemotherapy for the treatment of cancer, and can perform mammography to help diagnose breast cancer. A wide range of diagnostic services is available at the hospital, including MRI scans, x-ray, ultrasound, bone densitometry and cardiac catheterisation.

In heart services, the hospital also offers exercise echocardiography and cardiac rehabilitation. Many complementary therapies are available at the hospital - acupuncture, homeopathy, aromatherapy and hypnotherapy are all offered. The hospital is able to perform surgery on children aged between three and twelve. There is always at least one member of staff on site with Paediatric Advanced Life Support training.
