The North London Nuffield Hospital in Enfield, Middlesex, offers a range of private medical, surgical and diagnostic services from its 45-bed facility. Although the hospital does not operate on children under three years of age, it can operate on those aged between three and twelve. There is always at least one member of staff on site with current Paediatric Advanced Life Support training, so help can be sought in the event of an emergency.

A range of physiotherapy services is available. There is special treatment for patients with sports injury, and a gymnasium on site to aid in treatment. Complementary therapies are offered by the hospital - acupuncture, aromatherapy and homeopathy are all available at the North London Nuffield. Surgical services for breast and bowel cancer are both available, and both units have BUPA-approval. Chemotherapy is also available for the treatment of the disease. Palliative care services are available for patients whose illness is terminal. MRI scans are not available at the hospital, but CT scans are, and there is also x-ray, ultrasound, bone densitometry and mammography.
