The 40-bedded Lincoln Nuffield Hospital has two major operating theatres - one of which is equipped with laminar flow, a special clean air system which reduces the risk of infection. The hospital has surgical services for both breast and bowel cancer, though neither of the units are BUPA-accredited. The hospital can perform mammography for the diagnosis of breast cancer. Although the hospital does not perform surgery on children under three years of age, it can operate on children between three and twelve years of age. There is always at least one member of staff on site with Paediatric Advanced Life Support training, which means that there is support in the event of an emergency.

The hospital offers physiotherapy services, and has a gymnasium on site. There is special treatment for patients with sports injury. Although Lincoln Nuffield does not offer CT scans, it can provide MRI scans - these are much better than conventional x-rays at imaging the soft tissue in the body.
