Extensive clinical practice in medical disorders in pregnancy and management of high risk pregnancy and delivery such as thrombotic and haemostatic problems including diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary thromboembolism and congenital and acquired coagulopathies and thrombophilias. Pre-conception counselling for medical disorders, including pre-eclampsia, and their assessment and management in pregnancy. Clinical pharmacology (use of medicines) in pregnancy.
