Professional profile
Until 2003 I was Head of Haemato-Oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital, and Professor of Haemato-Oncology at the Institute of Cancer Research. I ran one of the largest Haemato-Oncology teams Worldwide, and now undertake in the private sector state of the art treatment programmes for leukaemia and myeloma. This includes all aspects of bone marrow transplantation. It also includes an active research programme developing innovative treatments. We present our data with a high profile at important relevant International meetings. I have set up a state of the art multidisciplinary Haemato-oncology Unit at the Parkside Cancer Clinic, Parkside Wimbledon that exactly duplicates the NHS structure for quality, audit and transparency.
