Professional profile

As a general surgeon in the department of surgery at University Hospital of Wales, I contribute toward to elective and emergency general surgical care of patients within the Cardiff and Vale University health board catchment area. My subspecialist area of interest is Endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal) and this service is provided by me and my colleague David Scott-Coombes. I also have an interest in day-case and minimally-invasive surgery and thyroid and parathyroid ultrasound.
