I trained in Orthopaedic Surgery at Sheffield, and underwent Fellowship training in Auckland, New Zealand.
I was appointed to Cardiff in 1993, where I am currently the Clinical Director for Orthopaedics. In addition, I am the Director of the All Wales Training Programme for Orthopaedic Surgery.
Approximately half of my practice is in children's orthopaedic surgery. The majority of my practice revolves around foot and ankle surgery, the remainder being lower leg and knee surgery.
I am a member of the British Foot Surgical Society, the European Foot and Ankle Society, the British Society for Children's Orthopaedic Surgery, the British Limb Reconstruction Society and the British Orthopaedic Research Society.
