There are now 3 full time consultants
Through my work the Hand Therapy Dept has expanded from 2-14 therapists
This has vastly improved quality of care for patients; made it cost effective/maximally efficient
Patients have open access to this service
I developed this working with A&E/Hand Therapists/patients to produce guidelines & protocols, making treatment more effective&efficient
