Summary of recent publications

I am a founder member of the Spinal Cord Imaging Programme at Stoke Mandeville which pursues research projects in the field of spinal injury imaging. I have also been active in publishing on musculoskeletal disorders in peer-reviewed journals (see bibliography).

Personal profile

After qualifying from Oxford University Medical School in 1995, I completed House Jobs at the John Radcliffe, General Medical SHO rotation and Radiology SpR training at Guys and St Thomas', London. I took up a Consultant Radiologist position at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital London from 2004-2007 before moving to Stoke Mandeville Hospital and the National Spinal Injury Centre. I have a special interest in spinal/ musculoskeletal imaging and image-guided interventions. I am a founder member of the Spinal Cord Imaging Program and recent research/ publication interests include MRI of the knee and spinal injury imaging. I am a member of the British Society of Skeletal Radiology and the International Skeletal Society. I am a keen sportsman and follow all ball-games especially gaelic games, football and golf.
