Dr Adrian Draper trained in respiratory & general medicine in a variety of London hospitals. He undertook research into occupational asthma at Royal Brompton Hospital and completed his training at St George's Hospital where he was appointed as a consultant physician in 2003.
Dr Draper is also contributing to the development of "near patient tests" in the form of ultrasound of the chest. This allows rapid and safe investigation of chest disease in the clinics and on the wards.
Dr Draper is an advanced life support instructor for the UK resuscitation council.
Dr Draper is a member of the regional Specialist Training Committee for Respiratory Medicine and is involved in the training of higher specialist trainees in Respiratory and General Internal Medicine
